  • Conduct Monthly Project Status Meetings and record Minutes.
  • Manage Issues - maintain list of issues, analyze and measure issues, work with client to find solutions.
  • Review implementation schedules, goals, progress and impact of any changes.
  • Review contract milestones and deliverables.
  • Schedule, coordinate and manage activities of the Knexa team.
  • Prepare monthly billing requests.
  • Review invoices issued to contract sold and invoices paid.
  • Provide direction to all project team members.
  • Work with the Client's project leader/manager to ensure goals are met.

2. Implementation Planning
  • We’ll meet with you to:
  • Begin the project.
  • Review FasTrak Implementation Kit.
  • Review the implementation Team structure.
  • Review contract deliverables.
  • Define and confirm project phases.
  • Define and confirm issue resolution plan.
  • Determine modification policy.
  • Review project risks and concerns. (E.g. missed due dates)
  • Review critical dates.
  • Agree on expectations.
  • Determine how processes/issues will be deemed critical.
  • Establish Communication Plans

3. Hardware Preparation Configuration
  • Confirm hardware specifications.
  • Prepare system for software load.
  • Confirm backup strategy.

4. Business Process Review (Knexa & Client teams working together)
  • Detailed task list by application provided.
  • BPR forms provided.
  • Identify Critical Business Processes and match to software functionality.
  • Determine software set up and configuration.
  • Confirm objectives and assumptions.
  • Document changed business process.
  • Review reporting requirements.

5. Training (Implementation Team)
  • Confirm application environment is ready.
  • Training Agendas are provided.
  • Train the team on all applications.
  • Demonstrate all application functionality.
  • Record potential issues to be resolved during Business Process Review.

6. Training (End User)
  • Identify training needs for end users.
  • Prepare training environment for end users
  • Develop skills for internal trainer if train-the-trainer option is selected.
  • Conduct training classes at customer site.

7. Develop Test Plans
  • Develop a functional test list per application.
  • Assist with developing tests for client specific business processes (with input from client).
  • Assist with developing integration test plans per client requirements.

8. On Site Consulting Support
  • Consultant on site to assist client with testing exercises.
  • Consultant on site to assist with going live.

9. Start Up Technical Services (Optional)
  • Install and configure operating system on new server
  • Review current infrastructure.
  • Confirm network diagram.
  • Confirm remote site connectivity.

10. On Going Technical Services (Optional)
